The Last Survivor

The Rev. John Humphrey (1621-1719) was the last surviving minister of the approximately 2,000 ministers who were ejected from their pulpits in 1662.  He was 41 years old at the time of the Great Ejectment, and was 98 years old at the time of his death 57 years later.  He was minister at Boar’s Head Yard, Petticoat Lane, Whitechapel. – source unknown
